The purpose of the application is to ease understanding of such abstract machine and its abilities, by providing visual design and possibility of algorithm's interactive animation.

Word Games for Acquiring Linguistic Data

This thesis focuses on design and implementation of a basic word game for guessing given word with knowledge of its paraphrase. The output of the game is annotated word data, which can be further used as a base in creation of parallel of paraphrase dictionary. The game consist of two mutually communicating parts - the client part, which mostly takes care of displaying the game interface and the server part, which takes care of the actual computation. There were used modern web technologies during implementation, especially client-side JavaScript a server-side Node.js.

Looking Back

In my bachelor thesis I will deal with the connection between observation and photography process. I watch how the process of photography is born in its simplest and most basic form and in the initial idea. The first part of my bachelor thesis consists of audio recordings where I capture the everyday moments of interest that I was interested in. I am interested in the relationship between photos by word / language, how the language enters the photo, and vice versa. It is enough to look at the picture and associations and memories and ideas are reflected in words and images. It's about raising "mental" photos in my mind. The second part of my bachelor's thesis consists of a mirror object, which is activated only when the viewer is involved in the observation process.

Diploma work reflects the issue of psychospiritutarian transformation. In this way, a local specific video installation was created aimed at the sensual experience of the viewer. The Film has approximately thirteen minutes and contains four parts, which arose from the archive of the recorded audiovisual material spinning on the camera with a fixed 50mm lens from May 2018. A special role plays a visual relationship that is traditionally linked to this phenomenon.

Rational reflection of faith in theology

The bachelor's thesis deals with theological reflection on the doctrine of the knowledge of the Christian faith. True knowledge is possible only with an understanding of the philosophical reason with which faith is interrelated. Reasonable thinking has its origins in the Greco-Roman wisdom of antiquity. The aim of the thesis is to describe theological teachings that deal with the search for truth from the time of ancient philosophy. The ancient books of the Old Testament describe, in the form of a distinction, the unity between the knowledge of faith and the intellectual knowledge of human truth. The fullness of truth has been perfected in the good news of Jesus and is accessible only in the light of faith. The main sources of faith are the testimonies of early christianity and the origin of the formulation of the confession of faith. The encyclical Fides et ratio, which is the primary source of this work, combines philosophy with theology. The study of philosophy is an essential part of theology and together they support the search for truth. Today's theological reflection emphasizes important aspects in matters of understanding the nature of man and the meaning of life. Issues of archaisms and historicisms in the teaching of the Czech language at the 2nd level of elementary school

The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the basic findings of lexicology. The thesis focuses on the general characteristics of lexicology - its history, general lexicological approaches, and its division. The idea of Czech vocabulary is elaborated in detail with the emphasis on vocabulary limited by time validity. It also focuses on curricular documents where vocabulary learning is embedded. The practical part is concerned with questionnaire survey, which first maps out the knowledge of concepts and understanding of archaic and historical words by pupils of middle school. It also points out how much attention is paid to teaching about archaism and historicism in the lessons of Czech language and literature.

Foreign vocabulary of Czech language at the second grade of primary school

The topic of the diploma thesis is a foreign vocabulary of Czech language at the second stage of primary schools. The diploma thesis consists of two parts - a theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the author paid attention to the terms word, vocabulary, vocabulary enrichment. Furthermore, the author dealt with the adoption of words from foreign languages, she also focused on the spelling of words with foreign origin. Chapters on the pronunciation and declension of loanwords are also an important part of the thesis. The practical part consists of a questionnaire designed for secondary school students. Based on its analysis and subsequent evaluation, the extent of the respondents' knowledge of the loanwords will be determined, but also whether the pupils prefer to use Czech words or loanwords.
